Job Description

A Lead Solution Architect designs, develops, and implements complex, scalable technology solutions that align with business goals while leading technical teams through project life cycles. Key responsibilities include creating technical blueprints, providing strategic direction (often in cloud environments like AWS or Azure), mentoring developers, and managing stakeholder expectations. 
 Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Own the overall technical vision and design for high-risk, complex systems, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and industry standards.
Solution Design & Strategy: Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and efficient technical architectures, often using technologies like AWS or Azure.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide development teams through project life cycles, conduct code/architecture reviews, and mentor junior staff.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and clients to define, present, and defend solutions.
Technical Governance: Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and performance requirements
