Job Description
Senior Sales Manager /Regional Sales Manager (AGM) / - Pharmaceutical Industry :
Should be Graduate/PG + 10 to 20 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry (At regional level)
Position & Salary would be dependent upon the profile of the candidate.
Should have handled Sales in Hospitals (government and private) - Critical Care / Multi-Specialty / Antibiotic product
Should have experience in Primary and Secondary Sales ;
Should be able to handle the Sales Team
Should have confidence to represent the company's products ;
Should have excellent contacts with all relevant industry fraternities ;
Experience in Sales of Critical Care Products, Antibiotics and Injectables and multi-specialty products is mandatory ;
Skills required : Leadership, Negotiation skills, problem-solving, inter-personal and Team-building skills;
Should have analytical ability be result oriented.
Should have excellent networking with the Stockists and Chemists ;
Regional level experience is Essential
