It is an Interior Design company offering services in Commercial and Residential segments. It is the brand and the first Brand Store-Experience Centre(Showroom) is being launched in October'20.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
i) Marketing Interiors Products and Services (I.P.&.S.)-Predesigned Modular Units and Carpentry Joinery Units- House, Factory, Industrial-Residential; Commercial-Office; Shopping; Shop fit-outs; Other-B2B and B2B & B2C.
ii) Sales-Retail-B2C-Prospects/leads of companys-Experience Centre, Hennur Main Road.
iii) Client Relationship Management.
iv) Market Research-Demand, Supply and Market Intelligence.
v) Marketing & Sales Budgeting and Plans.
vi) Profit-centre Head for Marketing & Sales.
vii) Strategy-Business; Market; Pricing; Other.
viii) Marketing Promotion-Digital marketing; Media-print & social; Institutional & Corporate People and Project; Other.
ix) Quality assurance & technical services.
x) Communication-internal and external customers.
xi) Interpersonal skills and management of team works- Design & Customer Relation; Production (work per unit); Production (Site Works); Accounts & Administration.
xii) MIS & Reporting.
xiii) Any other assignments given by the TOP management, from time to time.
Contribution:
i) Marketing-Builder Tie-Ups -Three with Direct target of Rs.2 crores-Dec'2020 to Nov'2021.
ii) Sales-Retail- collective with Team Design & Customer Relation -Rs.2.4 crores-Dec'2020 to Nov'2021.
iii) Market Survey-defined geographical territory of human enhanced part of city.
Gender: Male
Candidate Profile: Male, smart , energetic, Responsible, should fluent in English, presentable, management skills, dedicated, and with clear employment background. Looking candidates from Interior/Construction/Building Material/ Architects background.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Exp.in a similar position
Salary Offered: A consolidated salary of Rs.45,000/-per month, negotiable.There will be a performance review on completion of the first three months of probationary period and on successful performance, confirmation.
Job/Work Location: Hennur Main Road - Bangalore
Qualification: Engineer - Architecture or Civil, MBA-Marketing
Two Wheeler Required - Mandatory
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners.
