Own and execute the On-platform marketing strategy for priority Content Partnerships in India
Ops heavy - responsible for setting-up the Marketing campaigns by themselves using Ads Manager and usage of Lift tools to track performance
Lead the setup and execution of successful advertising campaigns for Facebook Partner campaigns
Collaborate with SPMs, PSMs & Content Strategy team while leading the charge on on-platform marketing, education, campaign management, reporting and technical support within the Media Partnerships team
Own all aspects of campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to drive success for our Video partners
Work directly with Public Figures, Creators and Publishers and help to optimize performance as well as contextualize product feedback from partners
Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs, proactively advocating for partners and pushing issues toward resolution
Develop and catalogue best practices leveraging internal and external learnings
Working alongside internal teams, investigate and resolve issues reported on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger such as requests for account and product support
Collaborate and work with relevant internal cross-functional teams to ensure that Facebook is taking partner input into account in relevant product and policy decisions
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or higher, MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in Ad solutioning, Ads Strategy, Ad product development and/or project management with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects
5+ year of expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Products, and knowledge of Facebook organic tools
Avid Facebook and Instagram user, and knowledge of both products as a user and partner
Passion in Media, preferably with a strong understanding of the Partnerships function within the Media business
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the music, entertainment or technology industry
Experience in Content licensing and/or Partnerships function within the Media industry
Experience in working with Publishers on digital marketing campaigns
Understanding of Facebook Platform and how its products could be leveraged
Facebook Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate, Media Planning Professional or Media Buying Professional certification
Mandatory Skills -
Requires preferably from agency background/Digital Media
He/she should have delivered campaign spend on banner ads, youtube ads, and worked on Digital media platform
Top 3 skills- campaign management end to end digital campaigning (media planning, implementation, and execution role )
