• Freshers or Experienced
• HandleEmail Customers Service Calls.
• Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact, whenever possible
• Evaluate each account using supporting technology.
• Must demonstrate a passion to serve, an aptitude for building rapport, an ability to engage customers with a human touch approach, solve problems and overcome objections in a consultative manner that promotes our client's service goal.
• 5 days working with 2 days weekly off
• WFH and WFO both available
• Freshers can also apply
• Education Qualification : 10 +2
• Excellent Communication skills (English)
• Required candidates only from BANGALORE.
• Immediate Joining
