Job Description

This is to apprise you that we are urgently looking for graduate candidates having excellent comm skills to provide service to our international clients. Candidates should have provisional  or degree of graduation. 

Please note: This is not for any sales campaign, we need candidates to provide verbal assistance over the phone. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Need to understand the customer's problem and can articulate

2. Great listening skills, soft spoken

3. Comprehend and can resolve customer issue

4. Great comm skills required with no pronunciation errors.

5. Ready to work in 24*7 environment

Eligibility: Only Graduates are required with Degree or provisional. Any BPO experience in any intl call center will be an edge over. 

Sal: 16k-17k in hand+other perks

Cabs: Provided

Shift: Rotational

Location: Sarita Vihar/Noida/Greater Noida
