Job Description

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing in IT Sector
• Experience of selling Software Products and services like websites, SEO etc
• Experience working in similar industry will be added advantage
• Demonstrating a IT solution over the web / in-person meeting
• Ability to analyse the customer needs and map them to IT solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Somebody who customers will not hesitate to call when they are in problem or call you because they love to talk to you
• The sales professional should be able to identify and prospect high value target accounts for new business, maintain existing accounts as well as establish and work with partners
• Create strategies for finding new sales leads
• Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
• Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
• Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
• Track upcoming renewals and drive sales
• Track and report expected upgrades/upsells
