Job Description
Sales Manager /Regional Sales Manager / Territory Managers - Pharmaceutical Industry (Various locations) :
Should be Graduate/PG + 5 to 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
Position & Salary would be dependent upon the profile of the candidate.
Should have handled Sales in Hospitals (government and private) ;
Should have experience in Primary and Secondary Sales ;
Should be able to handle the Team (Medical Representatives etc.) ;
Should have confidence to represent the company's products ;
Should have excellent contacts with all relevant industry fraternities ;
Experience in Sales of Critical Care Products, Antibiotics and Injectables and multi-specialty products is mandatory ;
Skills required : Leadership, Negotiation skills, problem-solving, inter-personal and Team-building skills;
Should have analytical ability be result oriented.
Should have excellent networking with the Stockists and Chemists ;
