Job Description:
- Statutory returns as per the acts (factory act, PF, ESI, Minimum wages, Bonus etc).
- Maintaining and updating all the employees Database in Excel format.
- Monitoring the employees/labour / Contractor Labour in every branch and maintains the attendance.
- Maintain all type of register as per Contract Labor Act required for HR clearance as well as HR Audit.
- Liaison with Govt. Officials EPF, ESI, PT for smooth functioning statutory related issues of company.
- Submission of Invoice, Transfer request, TA, Mobile Bill, Mess Bill, Employee Welfare Expenses Etc.
- Maintain good relation with client and submitting official documents as per requirement of client as well as Govt. authorities.
- Represent the company for audit meetings at Client offices. Build a cordial healthy relationship with client HR managers.
- Coordinate with HR consultant for closure of notices issues by government bodies.
- Verification of labour attendance on daily basis and ensure accuracy of checking. Coordinate with Contract team for technical certification and with Accounts team for timely disbursement to labour contractors.
- Process Request for Labour forms from site and coordinate with resource planning team to organise labour.
- Coordinate with labour and support construction team for timely deployment of labour.
- Manage all staff accommodation and labour camp lease/ rental agreements. Coordinate with account to ensure timely rent payment.
