Location: Chandan Nagar, Pune
Shift: Day shift
Qualification: Any Graduate
Notice Period: Immediate will be preferred

Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales target fixed by the company.
Identifying new sales leads.
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the company's products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

Skills & Requirement:
Experience in IT Industry (Services Based) / education/ B2B / digital marketing domain preferred
Should have handled the Business Development Life cycle from generating the lead to the closure of the business.
Domestic client handling experience preferred
Good in negotiations
Able to provide quality leadership to a small team of salespeople
Strong communication and IT fluency
