Job Description
Dear Aspirants!!!
Roles and Responsibilities: (50% inside sales & 50% field meetings)
- Providing counselling to students / Parents and help them choosing the right learning module.
- Generating revenue by counselling the prospect and converting them into sales / revenue.
- Conducting outdoor events in various places to generate leads.
- Cold calling, scheduling meeting & closing the deal.
- Achieving target on weekly basis.
- Converting leads from various source into sales. (Like free app download, events etc.)
- Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience & ensure weekly closure by continuous follow-up.
- Build healthy rapport with the customers to ensure the best service given by TOPPSCHOLARS.
- Willing to travel & convince the customers (i.e. parents) to invest in our app to improve their childrens quality of education.
- Ensuring end to end delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
- Excellent probing & negotiation skills.
- Strong selling abilities.
- Target oriented & Energetic Personality.
- Self-motivator & quick learner.
Work Timings:-
- Five days a week. (As per weekly achievement).*
- Working on Saturday and Sundays is mandatory, week offs would be on Monday & Tuesday.
