Admission Counsellor @ Vivekananda Institute

Job Description

The Admission counsellor should be able to connect with the leads provided in the database telephonically and achieve daily targets in terms of making calls.   He/She should maintain target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admissions and succeed in achieving the performance goals.   He/She will interact with the student to assess their career goals and promote the college with a view to secure admission. They will also support the students one-on-one in their application process, provide guidance on competitive exams for the PGDM program, verify their documents and provide excellent support to the student through the process.   He/She should also possess basic knowledge of MS-Excel & Word.
