Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of work experience in Sales with 5+ years experience inInsurance/distribution built up.
  • Experience in top line ownership and managing relationship
  • Must have at least 1-2 years in a Senior role (for e.g., Sr BM position in otherInsurance companies)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up the Business Strategy Planning in line with Stakeholder for execution
  • Goal Stetting with the Stakeholder and mapping his income planning for the Month/Quarter/Year
  • To allocate thearea target Month/Quarter/Year wise.
  • Overall responsible for ensuring all sales targets for theareaare met with.
  • To periodically review the progress Viz-a-Via the planned strategy, monthly; quarterly and suggest corrective measures, if any.
  • To emphasize on Distribution Creation & Development
  • To support Stakeholder in recruitment ofAdvisors
  • Overall responsible for capacity building atarealevel
  • To maintain the high morale, satisfaction and engagement levels of Partners and the teams, by providing and fostering right environment.
  • Training & development:
  • To ensure that training requirements of all Stakeholders/Advisors are met with. - including re-training.
  • To identify and develop the potential Advisors and individuals towards greater heights
