There is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Pharmaceutical company as a Payroll Executive.

Job Title: Payroll Executive

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: upto 4.8 Lpa + PF&ESIC

Payroll: Third Party (contract of 12 months, can be renewed year-on-year based on performance)

Working days: 6 days - Sundays off

Please note: Until lockdown it will be Work from Home, once the operations resumes the candidate will be reporting physically at Office.

Job Description:

1)Well-versed with end to end India payroll processing through SAP, Employee Separations, various Salary Reimbursement Payouts and Query Resolution Management.

2) Processing of monthly salary Reimbursement and finalization of balances.

3) Processing of Full and Final settlements including calculation Leave encashment, LTA, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.

4) Payment of Statutory dues including TDS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC and LWF etc.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

2. Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

Requirements:

• Graduation degree mandatory
• Minimum 3 years experience in Payroll management
• Working knowledge of processing payroll through SAP
• Must have Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Salary slips, Joining and Relieving Letters
• Looking for Immediate Joiners
