• Recruit and manage the in house & clients hiring needs.
• Assess technical requirements and assign it to the team or work hands on until a team is established.
• Constantly check on recruiter's call/submission/Interview volume.
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations with the leadership skills.
• Handling end to end recruitment.
• Client Coordination with existing and new clients.

Key Skill required:

• Excellent communication and 'people' skills
• A confident and positive attitude
• The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good organizational and administrative skills
