Job Description

• 3-5 years experience into Full Life Cycle Recruitment.
• Experience Full- Life- Cycle Recruiting in a fast- paced and time sensitive environment.
• Closely collaborate with Line Managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions.
• Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
• Create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination .
• Sound working knowledge on Technical hiring.
• Good Communication Skills
• Attitude towards learning and growth.
• Willing to go beyond to achieve targets.
• Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Consultancy/Recruitment background candidate
• Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good persuasive skills
• Bulk Hiring experience is a must
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
• A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
