Job Description
Dear Candidates,
We are hiring for Creative Design Assistant Manager for branded electronic company for Delhi location. Please find the below details :
Experience : 4 to 8 years
Salary : Upto 9 lakhs
Key Duties && Responsibilities:
- Clearly understand the objective && design various promotional campaigns and translate those in executable collaterals.
- Help in enhancing shop front experience using Visual Merchandising incl. Display units, Seasonal Show windows, Display material etc.
- Design various collaterals for ATL && web campaigns like Newspaper advertisement, Magazines, web banners, etc.
- Support in designing various set-ups for Showroom, Event, Exhibition, roadshows etc.
A day in the life:
- Understand changing consumer behavior && help in designing communication that resonates with consumer & brand objective
- Critically analyze && review various communications executed to improve further
What are we looking for:
- Thorough knowledge of Designing
- Hands on experience on tools like Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrate or
- Excellent deductive skills && problem-solving attitude
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient team handling ability
Qualification && Experience:
- Total experience required 6+ years
- Relevant industry experience of watches, fashion, apparels
- Good academic scores with 60% throughout is mandatory; Diploma in Designing
- Hands on experience with MS Office; exposure to ERP and CRM software will be an added advantage
