Job Description
Industry -Personal care Qualification - MBA (Marketing ) or Diploma (Cosmetic ) Experience -at Least 7 Years Job Description / Requirement1. With at least 7 to 8 years experience in marketing ingredients / bulk products / raw materials ofcosmetics, personal care, pharma, food, Speciality Chemical Products for Industrial Application etc;
2. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
3. Should be able to develop new customers in above fields, cater to existing customers, providing
technical support to manufacturers for their various products;
4. Demonstrate ability to communicate present && influence credibly and effectively all level of organisation, Business Partners && Customers;
5. Should be technically strong to manage the R & D Lab and should be able to introduce new innovative concepts and products;
6. Should be ready to travel within the City and in other States for promoting products of the Company;
7. Should be well versed in managing local stock and sales;
8. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
9. Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and acquire new principles (national /international) and ensure its strong presence in the market;
10. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
11. Build and promote strong long-lasting relationship with customers and business partners by understanding their needs and providing them mutually benefited business solution;
