Job Description
- Identify and proactively do lead generation and eventually ensure deal closure.
- Serve as human voice and personality behind the brand providing quality client service with each and every client interaction.
- Effectively breaking down the information and to gain the customer trust.
- Engage in delivering product demonstrations and make them interested in setting up appointments and personal meetings.
- Work closely with the Business Units to ensure closure of deals and support in the hand-off to Business/delivery teams.
- Also responsible in identifying sales opportunities and passing on the intelligence gathered to the sales teams.
- Must be a driving force in sales approach methodology that characterize companies dealing in market place.
- Partnering with sales teams to conduct research on target accounts, map the outsourcing landscape and develop account penetration plans.
- Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads.
- Preparation of pipeline, MIS and order forecasts with periodic status.
Desired candidate profile:-
- Relevant industry exposure would be an added advantage.
- Should have experience in maintaining relationships in a B2B environment and lead generation of corporates.
- Strong analytics and probing skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent ability in analyzing opportunity for cross sell and up-sell our broad suite of products and services.
- Candidate must be a good listener and be able to empathize with a customer .
