Job Description

The position is responsible for ensuring/ assisting in ensuring 100% adherence/ compliance to the SEBI Guidelines and Regulations wrt Mutual Funds, PMS etc.

• Responsible for overall Compliance function [AMC & Trustee Company}.
• Responsible for compliance under SEBI Regulations - Mutual Fund & PMS
• Drafting of Scheme Information Documents, Compliance Manual, etc.
• Interacting with the statutory authorities for approvals & clarifications
• Generation of MIS and reporting of relevant aspects to the management
• Handling of Statutory Audit, SEBI Audit, Internal Audit, Quality audits etc.
• Providing compliance updates to various departments
• Compliance specific education and training programs
