Past min 2/3 Yrs BFSI Sector experience is must.

Job Discerption

• Support Allocated advisors through training and joint sales calls.
• Identify and meet new customers, provide them need based life insurance solutions.
• Identify, recruit and train advisors.
• Adhere to sales processes and expected documentation, use sales technology as required.
• Support Advisors in collecting renewal premium.
• Ensure quality business through the right sales practices, minimize business risk.
