Job Description

We are hiring for the Legal Associates- Vadodara for US based K.P.O. ( NON LLB Profile)

• Location- Vadodara.
• Package 18000-28000/month.
• Timings- Mid/Night shift.
• Preferable candidates with work exposure in BPO/KPOs.

Job description:-

• The associate will adhere to the recognized ethical standards and rules of professional responsibility.
• The candidate will assist in review of the claimants account
• Generally support the day to day tasks as directed
• Draft basic essential communication
• Coordinating with in-house teams
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining and organizing forms and documents
• Daily as well as monthly Reports & MIS maintenance
• Review and decide on next course of action under instruction from manager
• Highlight areas of improvement based on continuous interactions with clients & attorneys
• Access website, review legal documentation

Min Skills:-

• Graduate in any field with some exposure into legal nitty-gritty
• Candidate should be enthusiastic and ready to work in pressure
• 2-5 years of work experiencein reviewing documents and working in KPO/ legal field
• Ability to perform assigned work independently
• Very strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet/Intranet
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial services and understanding of some basic accounting is required
• Candidate should have some experience into legal process domain
• Experience in reconciling information in a spreadsheet
• Job requires you to work in UK shift and on Indian holidays.
• Knowledge of financial services and class action and mass tort is a plus
• Strong oral & written communications skills with problem solving ability.
