We are looking for National Sales Manager for Delhi Location.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Managing offline channel (traditional and modern trade) and ensuring profitability of the department.
Plan and execute short term and long term initiative based on strategies and department goals.
Plan and monitor sales with help of structured tools on daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
Plan and execute strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and sales in midterm and long term basis.
Plan and implement ideas to improve operational efficiency.
Managing relationship with partners by exhibiting strong leadership skill in order to achieve department goal.
A day in the life:
Achieving channel wise sales results (primary, secondary & tertiary) based on goals and targets.
Regular monitoring of sales at all levels with aim of resolving issues /conflicts and documenting it.
Executing strategies planned for a particular period. At the same time ensuring that time lines with quantifiable milestones/targets are strictly followed. Further maintaining special focus on improving operational efficiency of the division.
Providing regular update to senior management on sales target Vs achievement and other initiatives based on planned time lines.
Keep team and partners motivated and aligned to organisations goals and initiatives.
Engage in continuous training and education of team and channel partners so that they are aligned to organisations goals and objectives.
What are we looking for:
Sound experience in managing sales operations (Traditional channel & Modern trade) & driving sales.
Strong planning and analytical skills.
Structured way of working.
Self-motivated, self-driven with a problem solving attitude.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve our strategic goal.
Team handling ability (direct reports: 6-8)
Qualification & experience:
Total experience required : 10 - 15 years
Relevant industry experience of watches, fashion, lifestyle, consumer durables industry.
Strong academics having 60% throughout is mandatory; MBA from top B-School is preferred.
Hands on experience with MS Office, exposure to ERP and CRM software will be added advantage.
