Roles and Responsibilities

Job BRANCH HEAD Profile:-

• Handling Day to day Branch Operation & branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services.
• Target achievement of the branch and customer service.
• Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
• Handling HNI customers.
• Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.
• Cost control.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ YEARS TEAM LEADING EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

Required Experienced Candidates (30+age) with Minimum 5+ years of managerial & Sales experience in Banks, NBFC or any Finance Company.,

or

Ex-Bankers retired from Public-Sector Banks from Scale 2 &above and not more than 62 years of age.
