Degree-Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience- 1- 5Yrs experience in IT customer Service Representative

CTC- Up to 30 K

Shift- 5:30am to 2:30pm shift with 2 way cab available

Position- Contract to hire

Vartual mode of interview.

International customer service experience catering US geography.

Provide functional and /or Technical support for resolution of customer problems, incident, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve request/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation ,tracking and follow up of all intendents primarily are focused on customer contact.
