Our client is leading multinational sales management consultant who provide sales & services across India, UAE & UK to FMCG & hygiene products manufacture companies

Designation Sales (Feet on street)

Qualification Undergraduate/Graduate 

Male / Female Male

Work Days & Timing - Monday to Friday 9:30 to 6:30, Saturday 9:30 to 4:30, last Saturday off

Salary (Min & Max) -
Candidates will be on Payroll of Talisman HR
Rs 13,000 to Rs 15,000 per month net take home, post deduction of ESIC PF PT
Incentives: Min Rs 2,000 pm subject to achieving monthly targets
Daily Allowance in addition to the above will be Rs 200 each working day of the month

Experience  preferred about 1-2+ years mandatory FMCG

Brief Job Description

  • Selling and Merchandising-
  • Arrive at distributor point by 9:00 AM, check stock availability and finalize the objective for the day (secondary sales, merchandising, outlet expansion)
  • Visit all outlets as per the beat plan and follow the steps of the call
  • Achieve the secondary sales target for the day/ week/ period (by SKU)
  • Drive merchandising (product facing and POSM)
  • Implement the company's trade schemes and promotions in the respective beat
  • Follow-up with distributor to ensure the order is delivered within 24 hours and review cancellations/ part-deliveries and other issues
  • Ensure FIFO at the distributor point and freshness of stock in the market
  • Reporting and Market Performance-
  • Adherence to the sales CRM and/ or Daily Sales Report
  • Calculate the daily sales and distribution KPIs and drive improvement on a continuous basis
  • Identify market issues and resolve in discussion with ASM and SSO, where required
  • Submit travel and other expenses, if any on time
  • Ensure stock and sales statement is maintained accurately by the distributor
  • Review performance with the ASM and SSO on a weekly basis and identify course correction measures
  • Agree the inclusion of the outlets in the regular with the ASM and SSO
  • Achieve secondary sales targets Volume and Value

Job Requirement-

  • Good analytical skills
  • Good computer skills, incl MS Office
  • Attention to details and good team work spirit
  • Must have an existing network in FMCG which they can leverage on for sales
