Require Development Managers

For Agency Channel

Education: 10th pass to Any Degree

Experience:
Any Life or Non Life Insurance Agent (Min 10th Pass)
Small traders/Business man(Min 12th Pass)

Working in Sales other than Life Insurance(Any Graduate)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Agency Manager will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.

Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.

Appointing the advisor team who is already having an IRDA certification.

Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.

Continuously review advisor performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Obtain regular feedback and build in new ideas based on market reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling.

Proficiency in English, Hindi and local language.
