Job Description

Position:HR Officer (Statutory Compliance)-Male

Experience: 2+ years

Salary 28K

Location: Naupada, Thane

Education: PGDM / MBA / MMS

Work Responsibility:-

Handling the statutory compliance needs of PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF (Challans, Wage Rate notifications)
Scrutinizing the labor bills, contractor agreements, and legal compliances of the manufacturing units.
Responsible for Leave Management of Units staff as a pre requisite to payroll management.
Handling grievance in regards to Salary.
Handling grievance in regards to Manpower issue at Unit & Project level.
Complete handling of manpower planning to bridge the resource gaps.
Knowledge and Experience in SPINE is compulsory
Age limit is till 32 years
Male and Maharashtrian Candidates needed for this position
