Role and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- NLP platform- create intuitive solution targeted at enterprise customers
- Implement and maintain libraries and develop new algorithms and services for:
- Named Entity Extraction, Language Detection
- Keyword and Topic Extraction
- Deep-learning Chatbots and dialog modelling
- Intent detection, Query Parsing, Semantic mapping
- Emotion/Sentiment Prediction
- Work within the Data Engineering Team to design, code, train, test, deploy and iterate on enterprise scale machine learning systems using various tools such as Python, word2vec, NLTK,
- Analysing client initiated conversations & work with managers in creating the required reports
- Implementing statistical and data mining techniques e.g. hypothesis testing, machine learning, and retrieval processes on a large amount of data to identify trends, figures and other relevant information
- Track key metrics on a monthly/Weekly/Daily basis
- Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to effectively integrate and communicate analysis findings
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Natural language processing with respect to formal linguistics: morphology, syntax and semantics
- strong experience in Python and writing fault-tolerant codes
- Deep learning & recurrent ANN, word2vec/doc2vec, Bayesian modelling
- ML techniques such as: classification, clustering, deep learning, optimization methods, supervised and unsupervised techniques
- Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch
- CNN / RNN / LSTM / Random Forrest in a deep learning tool such as Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Octave.
- creation, management and consumption of REST APIs leveraging Swagger, Postman, API Gateways etc
- OCR, Text Processing, OpenCV, NumPy and various text based machine and deep learning algorithms
