Role and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop categories for speech mining preferably in speech analytics tools - Verint
- Identify enhancements that can help to improve the productivity of the team
- Identify the agent & customer behaviour patterns and document development areas for agents
- Analysing agent and customer interactions. Work with operations in creating the required reports
- Design QA automation in Verint
- Track key metrics monthly/Weekly/Daily
- Provide actionable insights on Call drivers, AHT, CSAT, Repeat calls, Emotional calls etc
- Identify Agents and causes leading to high talk time, hold time and silence time
- Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to effectively integrate and communicate analysis findings
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- QA in a International voice process
- call centre experience
- multi-lingual speech mining, Speech analytics
