Job Description

1. FIN :
- All bank transactions and their reconciliation ,
- Bank stock statements and Relationship management
- Forex payments for Imports and partially export also
- Fund management , cash flow planning / statement
2. A/C
- Complete sales accounting , including invoicing
- Complete purchase accounting , including PO
- Ledger update , debtors and creditors handling
- P & L and MIS as per periodicity set right
- Auditors handling
- Stock taking and reconciliation of Inventory - physical v/s actual
3. All statutory requirements:
- GST /GSTR returns filing
- PT filing
- Maintenance of MSME status / IE status / CR status
- BE / BL filing to Banks for forex transfers
- Salary to employees
- Systems and Procedures setting , software implementation
- GOOD IN EXCELL AND WORD
