JOB DESCRIPTION: BDM -Agency Partner Channel life insurance
Band: 4A/4

Job Summary:

Opportunity to be associated with MAX Life Insurance Pvt. Ltd. As the Business Development Manager and build a distribution enterprise.
Responsible for recruiting and managing a team of Team Leaders and recruit agents through Leaders.
Responsible for recruiting a team of Leaders, who will recruit agents and agents will source direct business.

Minimum Education:

Minimum Graduation in any discipline.

Minimum and specific experience:

The overall experience of - 2 to 6 years or more

Should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

CTC: Up to 6.5 Lacs (negotiable)
