Urgently required AADM  for Max Life Insurance.

1.Agent Team handling profile.
2.Need to recruit the agents from own market contacts.
3.Less target pressure.

Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents and Activate as per plan

Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan

Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure.

.Handling the Team & Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity

Ensuring manning & retention of AADMs & BADMs in the Region under supervision.

Location: Jaipur/Udaipur/Jodhpur/Ajmer/Alwar/Kota/Delhi/Noida/Ghaziabad

SALARY- 2L-3.5L

Minimum 1 yrs of Experience Prefered
