Position : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - ONCOLOGY
Preferred Oncology or Critical care
Work Experience: 10 + years
Salary : 14 - 15 lacs depends on the experience
Functional responsibilities Identifying & addressing Region business opportunities and challenges. Analyse market trends competitor information, and past experience to forecast business and sales plans. Activity Planning & Execution for Market Development Review and manage business priorities, and allocation of resources Ensure Manning is as per capacity for the team.
Regional Sales Manager - Pharma Sales - for locations :
Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Gujarat, Delhi
Handling the North, West and whole of Mumbai.
Able to handle the National Sales Level
Functional responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing of Biochemical reagents ,Chemicals , Drug of Abuse kits, Elisa kits, Solvents, API , Excepients , Biological instruments & Speciality Chemicals to Major Pharmaceuticals ,QC Labs,Research centre,Diagnostics.
- Provide Technical support and query resolution to client as per requirement.
- Competitor product and study analysis.
- Implementing and conceptualizing sales and marketing activites to achieve target.
- Exploring & developing new markets for promoting the products; conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor to achieve market share metrics.
- Competitors product study and market analysis .
- Market research & Business analytics for new product development.
Identifying & addressing Region business opportunities and challenges.
- Analyse market trends competitor information, and past experience to forecast business and sales plans.
- Activity Planning & Execution for Market Development
Review and manage business priorities, and allocation of resources
Ensure Manning is as per capacity for the team.
Responsible for recruitment and selection of Sales Reps
Anchor account planning, targeting, customer profiling & customer engagement
Implementation and monitoring of KPIs/ Targets achievements
Must be MBA with graduation in B Sc or B Pharma
Should have experience of 4 year + as 2nd line manager in Pharma sales covering west / North zone.
