Job Description
- Project details along with detailed drawings will be shared by Sales Rep. to pm in a prescribed format.
- Understanding client's requirement and project details which includes following :
- Names of Client , Architect and Interior Designer involved
- Correct Address of the site where installation is to be done
- Pattern /Design in use
- Stone in use (Name, basic feature/characteristics, thickness of stone being used)
- Installation Details (whether involves only supervision or complete installation)
- Installation type (whether dry or wet)
- Finishing detail (Darkener/polishing/sealent/only washing)
- Lighting details (Backlit/Frontlit, involves only supervision or complete installation)
- Installation material like cement/dust/clamp/fastener (with responsible party name
- mentioned)
- Plumbing details (with responsible party name mentioned)
- Scaffolding (with responsible party name mentioned)
- Discussion between Project Manager & Sales Rep. about project feasibility whether the
- installation is practically possible or not.
2. Site Measurement
- Assigned Site Incharge or Site supervisor will visit the site where installation is to be done.
- Site Incharge/Site supervisor will take the correct measurement, complete the measurement
- sheet and submit it to the Project Manager.
- Project Manager will then shall be responsible for providing measurement sheet and other
- details (like cladding, framing, jointing etc.) in drawing form to the Sales Representative.
