Job Description

Brief Roles and Responsibilities:Work onall aspects of recruitment process for IT requirements, Sourcing candidates & screening, Coordinate & schedule interview, update the Job openings on portal, joining formalities protocols and presentation skills, event planning & coordinating recruitment drives.

Desired Profile:Track record, Startup experience preferred, Passion for startups, Knowledge in tech requirements. Great Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and Go-getter, Natural instinct to think out of the box and be innovative, Good analytical and problem-solving ability

 
Requirements

  • Post JD in job portal, screen, review & call candidate for interview scheduling.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • On boardnew employees in order to complete HR checklist & documentation.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Work with HR lead as back up on collating database & keeping track on employees work process.
  • Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) cold calling on candidate follow up.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc).
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
  • Familiarity with HR database, Technical skills set i.e. C++, Java, UI testing. Detailed knowledge on Candidate Management Systems (CMS) tracker.
  • Hands-on experience in Pivot, Excel & PPT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

EDUCATION

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in technology or any.
