Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Generate Incremental Revenues

• Assists the leader to achieve the portfolio business objectives by acquiring incremental accounts from the corporate and maximizing second product cross sell at the time of account opening
• Completes the Cross sell of an additional product within 60 days of account opening
• Generates leads for asset / investment products

Account Opening and Compliance

• Ensures FTNR on logged in AOFs is within set benchmarks
• Communicates to the employees the requirements of KYC documents (as per the approved account opening process)

Quality Focus

• Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk parameters
• Complies with Banks policies and processes
• Ensures timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
• Ensures safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
• Ensures timely submission of MIS reports to relevant stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

Professional Certifications

• AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage Language Skills
• Written and spoken English is essential

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Nature of Experience
• Prior experience of B2B/ B2C sales
