Job Description

Role: Manager - Accounts Receivable

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Mumbai (Chandivali)

JD:

• Candidate must be Chartered Accountant.
• Maintain Up-To-Date Billing System and Generate And Send Out Invoices
• Hands on experience in revenue assurance and analysis
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Carry Out Billing, Collection And Reporting Activities According To Specific Deadlines
• Ensure Revenue Assurance and report monthly dashboard for revenue for all Business units
• Perform Account Reconciliations
• Monitor Customer Account Details For Non-Payments, Delayed Payments And Other Irregularities
• Research And Resolve Payment Discrepancies
• Follow Established Procedures For Processing Receipts, Cash Etc
• Prepare Bank Deposits
• Process Adjustments
• Assist With Month-End Closing and
• Ensure TDS as per 26AS is accounted and TDS certificates are collected from customers
• Assist in statutory and internal audits and prepare audit Schedules
• Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R and stock statements for bank reporting
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollected amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences.
