The manufacturing of these sophisticated equipments requires heavy steel fabrication, installation of prime movers like Diesel Engines or Electric Motors upto 400 H.P, Transmission systems like Centrifugal Clutch or V Belt drives or Hydraulic drives, Installation of some of the latest Electro-Hydraulic control systems available in the world, Electronics, Control and Instrumentation and Electrical Systems. Our equipment have been developed as per technology obtained by us from world renowned manufacturing organizations based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, America, Canada etc.
Position : Sr. Manager Sales
Location : Delhi
Education Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E. Mechanical/MBA
Experience : Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in handling Construction /Material
handling equipment or other such Capital Engineering Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
a) The candidate should be good at handling negotiations / direct customer interaction /
making proposals.
b) The job requires travelling and the candidate should be willing to travel as and when
required.
c) Design, plan, organize and execute the job assigned and area allotted for effective
marketing.
d) Develop and stabilize good and meaningful relationship with customers
implementing sales promotions && launching activities as a part of brand building.
e) Candidate should have excellent communication skill, fluent in English and pleasant
personality.

Job Description

1.Meeting Clients. Client Development, Negotiation with Vendors, BOQ comparison, Follow up. Sales Targets.
Handling Sales & Market activities & achieving sales target.
2. Exploring & developing new prospects & opportunities.
3. Calling up the prospective clients and fixing up the meeting with Architects, HNI Clients, MNC's and Directors of Companies for new projects
4. Doing follow up with the existing clients.
5. Sending plan of the day to reporting authority.
6. Sending Plan of Action and Report on daily basis.
