We're Hiring for Trade Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
Clear understanding of Trade transactions, Trade finance transactions, forex products for business banking clients
Understanding of regulatory aspects of trade transactions
Strong product development, structuring & customizing, presentation and customer services skills.
Strong analytical skills and training skills.
Flair of understanding client requirement and identifying bona-fides of transactions
Communicating information- convincing people, articulating information, challenging ideas
Driving success- taking action, seizing opportunity, pursuing goals.
Giving Support- understanding people, team working, valuing individuals.
Evaluating problems- examining information, documenting facts, interpreting data.
Creating innovation- generating ideas, exploring possibilities, developing strategies.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Work with the BB sales team (Relationship manager, sales managers) to engage and onboard with the client for trade and forex activation
Work on domestic and cross border Trade structures for business banking clients, compliance approvals, RBI approvals etc.
Explore opportunities for various trade products like LCBD, BC, LC Confirmation etc for clients
Ensure that controls are built into the product delivery process and adherence to guidelines set by internal & external regulators.
Coordinate with front-end sales and service team for training on various Trade FX products
Engage with the central product team for developing systems & operating procedures and on-going product/process re-engineering for better customer experience.
Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Risk and other support departments for smooth transaction processing
QUALIFICATION
MBA from Premium Institute / Graduate
TSM is not a team handling role.He will working as a counselor and drive the trade target for the entire region/cluster/area assigned for the trade revenue and no of trade accounts acquired by various teams.
