Technical Project Manager @ Multi Recruit

Job Description

• 12+ years of professional software development experience with 10+ years of web application development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, .Net and MS SQL Server in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in Angular 4+ or similar client-side framework required
• Strong knowledge of Jira for running sprints
• Exposure to Azure AD, Azure App Services, Azure service fabric, and Azure DevOps
• Experience working with Agile software development methodology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working experience in handling offshore team.
• A track record as a coach, mentor, and developer of talent
• Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality
• Full understanding of software development life cycle best practices
• Be the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns
• Leading and developing best practices for the development team. Responsible for directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
• Ability to master any technology, language, or development environment that is needed or useful
• Establishing a project plan and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverable s, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
