• To recruit insurance advisors and drive business through them.
• Provide and update on modules Achieving sales targets through advisors.
• Recruit, build ,maintain , motivate the agents.
• Experience : Minimum of 6months to 1 Year+ in insurance industries.
• Any sales can be consider with more than 2 yrs of experience
