Job Description

Profile: Field sales - FMCG

Job Location: West Delhi

Target areas: Delhi NCR (Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, New Delhi)

Minimum experience: 1 year in FMCG sales

Salary: 1 - 3 Lacs/ year + Incentives up to 50K/month

Benefits:Incentives up to 50K/month + travel allowance + Sim Card + Fixed Sunday off

Mandatory: Candidate must have a two wheeler with valid license

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue targets for a defined territory
• Generate new business through prospecting, outreach and building relationships
• Retailer on-boarding, order taking & sales generation
• Cash Collection & cash deposit
• Ensure product availability, visibility, placement in retail outlets.
• Promoting new products
• Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
• Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
• Coordinate with depot for delivery of stock and services.
• Achieve sales targets

Desired candidate profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales (Sales experience of spices will be preferred)
• Must have a two wheeler with valid license.
• Good communication skills
• Geographical knowledge of Delhi NCR
• Must be self-motivated
• Focused and possess sales mindset 
• Experience in early-stage startups is an advantage
• Experience of both General and modern trade will be preferred
