Requirement:

Need an individual for a new process calledCall Screening and Monitoring for an E-commerce Brand.
Scope of work - Listening and monitoring at least 150-200 + calls and writing important notes per day and submitting a daily and weekly report to the concerned Manager.

Skills Needed -
* Decent command over English language
* Good with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and word
* Research and record-Keeping Skills
* Excellent communication skills
