FILCOMPS is in process of receiving IATF 16949 certification by the year end 2020 and follows both system and process requirements in ERP.

Infrastructure/Work Facility:
Shop Floor : The Company has latest high technology machinery to produce rubber products. The Shop floor consists of exclusive mixing section, moulding section, deflashing and washing section, cutting and packing section.
Quality Assurance Laboratory : The quality assurance and technical services laboratory is equipped with the most advanced testing facilities. It's fully equipped to carry out tests as rheo, mooney viscosity, tensile strength, Specific gravity, compression, air ageing and ash content.
Inspection : The Inspection room is well equipped with three axis magnifying lens and gauges to visually check the cut marks, moulding defects, blowholes & dimensions.

Hydraulic/Vacuum compression moulding machines.
High speed machine for manufacturing lathe cut rubber washers upto 0.2 million nos/day.
