Job Summary
- Ownership, of the deliverable for the software product "Probench" that we work on and making sure the code quality is up to the internal standard.
- Leading teamwith design discussion and task assignments to coordinate between other managers.
- Reviewing Codeand providing correction,optimal solutionsthat are writing by the developers and junior programmer.
- Good communicationskills so that you can be part of our international client meetings and discussions to later explain it to the team and get the work done.
- Writing codefor complex and performance-related challenges to the clients.
- Coachingteam members with best coding practices and applying TDD and Design Principles.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Working with our web-based online benchmark platform named Probench.
- Understanding the changes asked by clients or new features added as part of product development.
- Be an active team member and communicate all news bad or good quickly.
- Enjoy learning new technology
- Being the technology lead for the team
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good with C# and Asp.Net
- Good with Javascript
- Good with TSQL
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn XSLT
- Willing to learn Angular

What would your workday look like
Most part of your day, you will be coordinating with Clients requirements, Design Discussions with teams. Making sure the Test Driven Development is being implemented and the continuous Integration servers running with 100% results
You will also lead the development side in biweekly standup calls in which we plan for the next 2 days. We believe each one of us should get an uninterrupted day to plan and write good quality code or think to anticipate good design in a product.
Your job will include coaching to team members and learning better leadership skills and improve the development process in place.
Will you be working at client side
Never, because we are a product company and our customer support is online. We serve our clients from Europe via ticketing system, emails and chats. As a leadership role, you will communicate with clients in requirement calls or answer technical questions in client calls.
How many days a week we work
We work 5 days a week.
Will, there be any experienced lead to help me when you get stuck
Yes, we have 2 senior members with a collective experience of 30+ years in software and 5+ years in the Product Probench to help you guide in case you find any challenge. We also follow pair programming way to get through performance-related challenges or implementing new features of programming language be it C# or JavaScript.
How many team members will you lead
There will be a total of 5 team members you will be leading 2 of them has 2 years of experience and 3 of them has 6 months of experience.
