FRESHERS INTERESTED in SALES OR EXPERIENCED - Graduate/Undergraduate Candidates with previous experience in SALES/LOAN processing/finance institutions
Age - 21-30yrs ONLY
Others - Bike & DL, AADHAR & PAN Card, Smartphone
LOCAL language fluency

NOTE: This is pan MADHYA PRADESH vacancy. LOCALS with local language fluency preferred

SOURCING OF BUSINESS :

- Identify and visit female customers to generate lead
- Assist in formin JLG (Group for purpose of availing loan on individual basis against mutual guarantee)
- Explain important terms & conditions to customers in local language
- Process eligible application
- Verify residence, source of income & KYC of customer


DISBURSEMENT OF LOAN
COLLECTION of EMIs

- Collect EMIs from groups of customers assigned
- Same day deposition of collected money in bank
- Same day collection entry in LTFS
- Collection App

SALARY, BEST INCENTIVE SCHEME, OTHER BENEFITS :

- Mediclaim - Rs.1 lakh (for hospitalization)
- Group Term Life Insurance - Rs.10laks (in case of unfortunate demise)
- Group Personal Accident Insurance - Rs.40 lakhs (in case of accident)
