SBI Life Ins-ABSM In /Branch Sales Manager / Sr.BSM(Retail Agency Branch Banking)

Location-Bangalore & Madikeri

Experience- 7 to 15 Years

Position Title

ABSM In /Branch Sales Manager / Sr.BSM (RA/RS/04)

Role

Leading the team of Unit Managers, individual specific goals should be known to UMs, will check turn over to achieve branch business goals.

Act as a profit center head to develop quality business based on various parameters

To ensure administrative and financial discipline

Reporting To

Divisional Sales Manager (DSM)/ Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities

Achieve the new business premium targets and renewal premium targets of the branch

Maintain a High IA Activation standard, IA Productivity and UM productivity

Reduction in Zero- business IAs and termination on account of MBG norms.

Ensure cost effectiveness and encourage cost consciousness at all levels.

Inculcate a habit of timely submission of bills/ documents/ papers/ data among the team members.

Ensure effective and need based training exposure to UM's and IA's

Create and Nurture a customer centric environment by conducting customer meets and organizing customer service camps at periodic intervals- share the minutes with senior regional functionaries

Reduce customer complaints of Misselling and take effective steps to prevent circulation of unauthorized publicity materials. Take proactive measures to rectify irregularities pointed out by the audit team

Person Profile

Graduate with minimum 4 - 6 years of sales experience, preferably with at least 2 3 years experience in life insurance industry

MBA preferred.

Critical competencies

Knowledge of IRDA regulations.

Good team building and leadership skills

Aggressive marketing abilities

Very good Management Skills

Excellent domain knowledge

Good Communication and presentation Skills.

Analytical skills

Understanding of compliance matters

Knowledge of underwriting and ops processes

Maturity to handle aggrieved customers (Cashiering & Claims)
