JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sourcing and screening resumes
- Performing phone interviews/screening with candidates
- Maintain candidate database
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the MME's in house hiring specialist
- Following up for the interview
- Maintaining relationships with both candidates and MME's in house team to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating MME information and benefits during the screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- MBA HR, Graduate or Post Graduate can apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Good Multitasked
- Strong Decision-Making Skills
- Prior Corporate work experience of minimum of 1 year, Freshers can also apply.
