Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning election campaigns and ensuring that the candidates remain in the public eye
Arranging various publicity drives for the candidate like television and radio appearances and public meetings
Preparing election schedule for the candidate such that he can cover maximum number of constituencies
Take care of all aspects of public relations of the candidate
Evaluating the address notes of the candidates and ensuring that it is apt for the audience
Make or break the political campaign of the candidate
Political consultant is to plan election portfolio, strategies and other aspects of election
Advices political candidates in various political endeavors Duties of political consultant is vast and varied

Desired Candidate Profile-

A degree in political science and communications
Experienced as a political consultant or relevant field
Excellent ability to perceive the social, economic and political trends of the country
Excellent analytical and decision making skills
Strong knowledge about advertising and public relations

. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi language plus other local language knowledge will be an added advantage.

Ability to grasp the way the campaign is progressing and make changes in the campaign accordingly
Creativity and innovation in drawing up election campaigns and strategies
Ability to speak different languages is a bonus qualification
Excellent knowledge about the working of the political system

. Have to travel whole Bihar whenever its required.
